Seria ALTH de roți și role cu suspensie

Roțile din seria ALTH folosesc un bandaj de rulare fabricat din elastomer poliuretanic de înaltă calitate Blickle Extrathane®, turnat pe un centru al roții din aluminiu turnat sub presiune. Având o duritate de 92 Shore A, roțile oferă un nivel deosebit de ridicat al rezistenței la tăiere și propagarea sfâșierii și au o capacitate portantă mare. De asemenea, roțile sunt disponibile cu o anvelopă antistatică și care nu lasă urme sau cu un bandaj bombat. Rolele cu suspensie din această serie sunt combinate cu suporturile LHF și LPFE.

Seria ALTH este folosită frecvent pentru aplicații pentru sarcini mari pe unități de transport și autocamioane industriale, precum și în procesele intralogistice.

    În versiunea standard, seria de roți ALTH este disponibilă cu serii de suporturi cu suspensie cu o placă de prindere:

    Seria LHF: Rolă pivotantă din tablă de oțel, placă de prindere și arc de oțel, model pentru sarcini mari
    Seria LPFE: Rolă pivotantă pentru sarcini mari, cu placă de prindere și arcuri de torsiune din poliuretan

    Seria de roți ALTH este combinată cu următoarele serii de suporturi fixe cu suspensie:

    Seria BHF: Rolă fixă din tablă de oțel, placă de prindere și arc de oțel, model pentru sarcini mari
    Seria BPFE: Rolă fixă pentru sarcini mari, cu placă de prindere și arcuri de torsiune din poliuretan
